this movie rocked! saw it today. die hard fans should definitely see it. i love that 80s 90s action genre so this was a nostalgiac hit for me. definite must-see. mcclane was kick ass as always.
but because its made in today's world it doesn't quite have that same feeling to it. does anyone know what i mean. it's like it doesn't belong in this time. i think that's why even though it is a damn good movie and better than a lot of crap i've seen recently, it's my least favourite die hard film (with a vengeance, then 1, then 2, then 4.0).

that's a shame dude coz it's definitely a movie that should be seen in the theatre. i remember watching die hard with a vengeance in the cinema with my dad - that movie was just unbelievable - when we came out we both had these huge smiles on our faces. but it lost a lot of the impact on DVD. still, maybe you can sit really close to the TV. and invite some random jerk-off off the street to sit behind you to talk, rustle his packet of chips and throw popcorn at the screen for that true big screen feeling.
