As much as I love Superman The Movie, SR tops it in my book! It brought a whole new level to Superman and made him feel human to me for the first time! Loved every second of it and can't wait for The Man of Steel!!! ;D

superman 2. from what i remember of it. it was dark and badass. and showed one of superman's true vulnerabilites - his desire to be human.
i loved SR too. i was a tiny tiny bit disappointed when i saw it but only a teensy weensy bit. but i also left the cinema to see it as soon as it came out on DVD. Man of Steel should be awesome. I hope his kid dies and he takes revenge.

2 years between DC movies??!!! Hurry the hell up people! Stop letting marvel kick your asses. Well at least we haven't seen any disgusting mediocre cash-in movies from DC, unlike Marvel (Daredevil, Electra, Punisher, Ghost Rider...).
I feel Christopher Reeve portrayed everything Superman in a motion picture. Christopher Reeve will always be Superman to me. I'm 31 and Superman was released the year I was born, although it is getting on and visual effects have certainly come along way since then this will forever be the case for me. Don't get me wrong I am a huge favourite of the new Supe's too!! But I guess as time goes on a new generation of fans come to enjoy everything Superman can enlighten our lives with. Is it possible for a fictional character to help change the world??
